Refund Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

You can get a full refund for any credit pack that is completely unused, if you ask within 30 days of buying it.

• Partly used packs are not refunded, because calls already placed have real costs.

• How credits are used: your free monthly or trial credits are used first, then your oldest purchased pack.

• How to ask: email ghicks@geovationdesigns.com with the email on your account and the purchase date. We reply within 3 business days.

• How you're paid back: to the original card through Stripe. It usually appears in 5–10 business days. The refunded credits are removed from your account.

• Calls that failed because of a fault on our side are returned to you as credits, whatever the date.

• Free trial and gifted credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

• If we close the Service, we refund the unused part of each purchased pack, in proportion to the credits left. For example, 25 credits left from a 50-credit pack bought for $7.99 = $4.00 back.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
